How I got here

I didn't fall into property — I chose it the long way. Before this, I spent years in roles where listening was the whole job. When I crossed into real estate, I kept that habit. The numbers came after.

Singapore property is moving faster than most people can read it. Cooling measures shift, loan rules tighten, BTO timelines stretch — and somewhere in the noise sits a family trying to make a decision that will shape the next decade. My job is to slow that moment down enough to think clearly.

I've walked retirees through unlocking equity from a flat they raised three children in. I've sat with first-time buyers who didn't know what HFE stood for. I've helped business owners pick a B1 unit that wouldn't strangle their cashflow. Different conversations, same posture: ask, then answer.

My affiliation is with Huttons Asia, one of the largest agencies in Singapore. The brand is useful — for project access, for marketing reach, for systems. But the service is mine, and it's built one client at a time.
